The most helpful aspect is that it allows me as an account manager or marketer access into different languages so I can quickly find what my clients are looking for without having them send over their translation requests all at once! It takes some time getting used too but does help with efficiency when dealing w/ multiple accounts from one team (account managers). There's not really anything bad about this software either; however there has been changes recently where they've removed features which was nice since we relied heavily upon those aspects before making our switchover date-wise earlier than planned. We use DacGroup primarily because it helps us stay organized by allowing each client who speaks another language have its own subfolder within Account Management Center instead of being placed under "English". This makes tracking easier between myself & co., especially during busy periods like holidays such as Halloween / Thanksgiving etc..
