the skirt is absolutely perfect; I've always wanted skirts like this.
I'm only 5ft 3in, weigh 125lbs and wear a size 10-12. This skirt fits me perfectly which means most women won't wear this skirt because the skirt is right at my ankles fits, and the waist is perfect for my 29" waist, but tight. The skirt has an elasticated waistband and can be made a little larger by undoing the ties at the waist. The drawstrings really make the waist even tighter. So I guess that this skirt will fit a petite woman who wears a size 8 to 12. If the person is over 5ft 3" tall and their waist is over 29" then it will not fit.But for me the skirt is absolutely perfect; me I've always wanted skirts that fit me without expensive alterations, so I kind of hit the jackpot.
