Okay forget the handle removal video because three broken screwdrivers and a nearly smashed ceiling in my Audi Q7 later and I was going to return the thing until I noticed another review from the guys, oh hinges, forget the jiggle tools on the back of the hooks to try and take this thing off, it's just a matter of getting a long screwdriver and sticking it in. There's a hole inside where the handle is pulled down, and you stick a screwdriver in the hole, wiggle it, and pull the handle hard at the same time. Before you know it, he's ripping it out of the ceiling, gear and all, and no need to catch the mounts, they come out at once in one jerk. Screwing this thing to the screw holes was also no small feat as to do this you have to hold the spring door open and then they don't tighten at all as they just twist and turn so make them as tight as possible to the door panel so that you can put the caps on the screws, done. It's a hassle but I have to say it's OEM and almost looks like it belongs in the car and looks pretty cool. But gosh, post some better videos.
