Not for much movement

They're perfect for stationary furniture, but not for chairs that you use all the time. I put them on my kitchen chairs, they are very comfortable, but for some reason when moving the chairs, they slide where the rubber touches the floor, then the chair doesn't slide easily, leaving black marks on the floor.
