I like that we can see what our advocates are doing and how they are doing it. The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate. It's a great tool to see where we have influencers and what they are doing. I also like that we can see what our influencers are doing and how they are doing it. We are able to see their social media posts and how they are performing and engaging with our brand. There is nothing I dislike about the platform and I can't think of anything I would like to see improved. We have been able to identify our most influential advocates and connect with them on our platform. The best thing about crowd is that you can get feedback from your customers in real time which help us understand what our customer want or dislike so we could improve accordingly as well make sure they are satisfied! I have not found anything bad yet but if there was something i would like more of maybe live chat feature? We use this tool for survey purpose where people need some info regarding certain products/services provided at different companies around them (like hotels).
