Definitely not for survival!

If you hunt and try to survive days in the wild and don't have a large lake or water source, don't buy this! We went exploring a few times before hunting and we found this spring which is beautiful, we made a large whole pet clean water and collected the water. Luckily we were able to pump two gallons with no problems, the pump kept clogging. After the third fall, the pump slowly stopped working. The pump became very difficult to pump, constantly clogged, we kept cleaning the "surgical" filter, and it didn't matter. We wanted to try to pump out the last 2 gallons of water (5 gallons total) for about 5 hours, then the water wasn't anywhere near clean as it used to be pumped out. If they changed their filtration system I would definitely like to try again. It is very practical and fits almost anywhere. Your charcoal filter is very small, I believe if someone could integrate a reverse osmosis filter with charcoal etc (something like those Brita water filters) it would last longer and better. This is not a survival tool for hunting maybe fishing. or hiking where you can find a large translucent/clear water spring. I think the company name and the product are just for show, I wouldn't survive long with that. Definitely not recommended for long term survival, if you want to survive long please do not buy, I came back from my hunt quite dehydrated and we only stayed 3 nights.
