I use this foot scrub about twice a year and I love it! I've been using it for 3 or 4 years since I first got the box as a free trial. You wear a small sock/bootie for about an hour (if you can't sit still and need to move, put on socks as walking can be uncomfortable) and then wash them off - full shower or even just a quick shower. Rinsing under the tap does no harm. Over the next few weeks, all that rough, calloused skin—even late summer heels—will just peel off. Don't help, just let it dry and peel off. I like feeling my feet across the carpet and then sucking it up as all that dead skin can be gross but it's worth it! Enjoy the freshness!
