Easy to Follow Instructions! I put on my socks after a relaxing bath, because then my feet are very soft and can absorb the active ingredients. You wear a small sock/bootie for about an hour (if you can't sit still and need to move, put on socks as walking can be uncomfortable) and then wash them off - full shower or even just a quick shower. I had really bad feet so I wasn't sure if this would work for them. First, I soaked my feet in water for 10 minutes. I then put on the "socks" for 90 minutes and then soaked them in water for another 10 minutes. Day 3, 4, 5. nothing. Not even a sign that my legs might start to loosen. Excellent result in just a few days. Very impressed with the results but the first day I got chemical burns on my feet. I put healing ointment on my feet and the next morning everything was fine. I would try again but avoid the feet next time.

I've been using them for many years - they really work, don't irritate and don't irritate. I gave away a pair of cozy socks and everyone else loved them too! Soak your feet before and after exfoliating. I do the full 90 minutes. And it is not recommended, but I also soak my feet in warm water for about 10 minutes from the 3rd or 4th night until they completely peel off (after 7-10 days). Your feet will look very rough for a few days so make sure you have 2 weeks before big events! :)
