Very thin material; poorly made; doesn't last

I should have returned this as soon as I opened the package. The material is VERY thin - much thinner than any kind of wind jacket you'd wear or outdoor tablecloth you'd purchase. It's definitely only one ply. It could not withstand wind or snow. In less than a year, it was torn to pieces despite our heater being secured with ties to the railing of our deck.

Pros
  • seems to be of good material which should last at least a few winters if not more.
Cons
  • The zipper may become stuck or break easily

Fits fine, bag ripped as soon as I got it out.

The cover fits my standard sized heater fine. The carrying bag ripped as soon as I opened it and the cover itself now has a small tear in it after a month or so. To be fair, the wind knocked the whole thing over.

Pros
  • like the fit
Cons
  • Seems rather cheap not good quality. Timewill tell.

Nice product on my review.

Perfect fit, slightly larger than what I really needed, but that’s why I ordered it that way, so far works great, has not blown off with high winds, snow just blows off, so far works well

Pros
  • Can cover the patio heater bought from Costco.
Cons
  • The cover may not come in a variety of colors or designs

This is a lightweight Cover With a Cheap Zipper

I bought this lnowing it was cheaply made but liked the price. If it lasts 2 seasons, I'll get my moneys worth. The zipper may scratch or damage the heater's surface.

Pros
  • Very good for the price
Cons
  • The zipper may scratch or damage the heater's surface

Heating is under par

It's a nice, clean heater but heat dissipation can be improved. You have to stand pretty close to feel the difference. Another problem is that it can get blow down even by moderate winds.

Pros
  • I like the quality and the price is even better.
Cons
  • less than a year old and already torn

Fits well, ditch the bottom string

I got this cover for a new patio heater. The first thing I had to do was remove the string around the bottom as it is too small to pull around the top of the heater. After that, it was easy and fit well, and handled the first wind/rain storm easily. The zipper makes it easy to take on/off, sans bottom string. Will have to see how it does long term - most covers like this seem to only last a year or two.

Pros
  • Value for money
Cons
  • The cover may not be suitable for all types of outdoor heaters

Good cover - my new review

Draw string at the bottom doesn’t make sense to me as it’s not wide enough to get over the top canopy. I removed the spring loaded drawstring lock and it covers the heater just fine and is far easier to get on and off.

Pros
  • Excellent solution to our need for a patio heater cover
Cons
  • The material may not be durable enough to last for 24 months

Damaged on arrival: my feedback

Good product! Fits well! When we got the package, it had been sliced through, like with a box cutter so that was disappointing, but we used electrical tape to seal the slices and it still works. Just beware it could be damaged on arrival. I’m guessing no fault of the manufacturer.

Pros
  • Great fit and great price!
Cons
  • The material may be too thin to withstand sharp objects or debris

Ok for the price. in my review

The material is a lot thinner than I thought it would be, so I’m a little dubious as to how long this cover will last. It fits my heater well and if anything is a little large making it loose and having more surface area for wind to catch and topple the heater, so I am being careful where I leave it. One frustration is there is a toggle string at the bottom of the cover. I understand the thought of tightening the cover at the bottom etc, but to get it on you have to lift the bottom of the cover

Pros
  • Great fit!
Cons
  • The cover may not be worth the price for its quality and durability

Very thin with pointless draw string

Though it seems to do the job of keeping most of the water off of my heater, the material is very thin. Also, there is a draw string at the bottom which doesn't seem to help keep the cover on at all and actually makes it harder to put on. It zips all the way up so you'd think you can just sling the top part around the top of the heater and then zip it down but with the draw string on you either have to completely remove the slider or get on a ladder to loop the bottom of the cover around the…

Pros
  • Nice cover
Cons
  • The material may not be eco-friendly or sustainable

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good value for the price but not the easiest to put on.

Zipper and quality seem fine for the price. Takes two people or a chair to easily get it on over the top of the patio heater. We ended up cutting the bottom string as the top of our heater is larger than the base string. It does give a snug fit.

Pros
  • Very good product. I brought 2!
Cons
  • Pretty light weight which is something of a concern. Will hope for the best.
