The lens was clogged with sand, it stopped closing and the extension mechanism jammed, and sand is also visible inside between the lenses. You will either have to disassemble the lens, or order a new one . I disassembled the lens (as YouTube showed), washed everything, cleaned it, reassembled it. Small teases after sand bite and do not allow to fully extend when turned on. But in general, everything continues to work, it extends with the lens down when turned on, and when turned off, it moves the lens up))) The order of the lens is inevitable. s. Keep the camera away from dust and sand. I supplement the review: in March 2022, the matrix was covered. The fotik itself works, all functions except for photo-video shooting. I turn it on in photo or video mode - I see a black screen with information about low light.
