Review on AmLactin Ultra Smoothing Intensely Hydrating Cream: Moisturizing Cream for Dry Skin - 4.9 Oz Tube by Julie Purvis

At first I noticed that the product had an uneven consistency just by holding the container. It splashed like water when I shook it. As soon as I poured some, I noticed that it was clear with hard, misty chunks inside. This product is supposed to be a chewy white cream, so it was an instant signal that something was wrong. The product I received was expired and had a terrible smell. The back says it's been on the shelf since 2018, so why was it sent to me in the first place? I have sensitive skin and this could have caused further damage wherever I applied it. I strongly advise against purchasing this product.
