As another user noted, the product image is misleading. The thread diameter is smaller than the bolt diameter. I've also encountered the issue of the thread not being deep enough so I can't fully tighten it on the shackle. I'm particularly frustrated because after trying to tighten them, a spinning nut/bolt ruined the paint on my newly restored trailer.
