No complaints. The seller was polite and quick to send "New" not "Like New" what I ordered. I knew I was being charged $100 more than the internet market average. But I had to send a tablet of the same model back to Revain - without the touch functionality I needed. UPS needed another $50 to pack it professionally. Lesson: Read technical product descriptions carefully and save on packaging. B&H and Adorama, both photo stores, sell for around $2,499 with free shipping. I would normally use them but wanted to use a Revain refund to pay for this new pen display touchscreen model.
