The 1st set I bought was missing 2 screws and one of the (aluminium) spacers was damaged. I was quickly replaced, for which I am very grateful to them. Excellent seller. As for the product itself (?) I had to replace the cone head bolts with regular bolts as they just weren't tightened enough to firmly attach the bars without spinning. No luck with pucks either. I replaced these bolts with regular bolts and still had to turn the bolts so hard that I was sure I would snap them or crack the cast mounts. In the end it was possible to stabilize the bars, but it definitely shouldn't be. Maybe because the spacers are aluminum and too soft to get a good bite.
