Does not work with USA/Sims/Networks

Does not work with other SIM cards (T-Mobile, AT&T)! The speed was very slow and I couldn't use it for what I planned to do, which was to work from home. Speed was great for 24 hours initially, DL was 200 and download was 30... just what I needed, but after that it was incredibly slow even after I bought 100 Gbps... for $99. Called support a few times and the calls got lost in translation. ,,, so frustrating,,, now I only use it for phone calls or listening to music.
