Perfect width for my use. Don't expect super strength from a 1/2" velcro but still enough holding power for what I use. for.After 24 hours of curing the adhesion seems really good.As long as it doesn't carry much weight I keep opening and closing the makeshift entrance.I've attached it to the OSB as well as the plastic cover with a regular staple gun.So far I don't see it anywhere getting rid of the material. There's even mesh between the velcro and the wood in places. It held up surprisingly well on those. I'm sure you need braces there, but it anchors surprisingly well in that area. Everything works as expected and in good quality.
