The staff at this facility are very friendly with great customer service skills! They make sure you understand everything that they do for your lab work so it's easy to pick up what needs done next time around without having someone explain over again or ask questions about something I don't fully get yet (which happens quite often). It can be difficult explaining some things in layman terms but their team helps me out every step of way when needed which makes my life easier during these times where we're all stuck home together due to COVID-19 pandemic restrictions/quarantines etc..
