Exactly what I expected from a radio holder. Pros: Works well with my Boston leather strap. All buttons are easily accessible in the holder. Looks good from all angles. Cons: The mounting strap on the side of the radio where the speaker mic connects is too long and you have to wrap it around the entire radio before it secures the radio properly. Summary: This is a good product with only one small inconvenience. Anyone who carries a Motorola radio should have one of these mounts and straps, it makes carrying the radio that much more comfortable.
