Pulls hair, always dries, causes frizz and becomes heavy
My wife has long naturally curly hair. I bought this hair dryer after my old one died. She says it's the worst hairdryer she's ever used and we're returning it. Because of the shape, there are small cracks on the diffuser pins that get caught in the hair, which then pulls the hair out when you move the hair dryer. Also, her hair took twice as long to dry as usual, and when it did eventually dry, it became very frizzy. This hair dryer is very heavy. All in all, a terrible choice for curly hair.
