I have over 45 hair dryers and am very picky. It was time for an upgrade and I couldn't afford the $400 Dyson hair dryer I REALLY wanted, so I looked at Amazon's selection. I must have spent 5 hours learning everything important in the hair dryer! 😅 I have long hair to my waist, it takes 45 minutes to dry and style. I hate that fact, but I gotta do what I gotta do, heh. My wife has long naturally curly hair. I bought this hair dryer after my old one died. She says it's the worst hairdryer she's ever used and we're returning it. Because of the shape, there are small cracks on the diffuser pins that get caught in the hair, which then pulls the hair out when you move the hair dryer. Also, her hair took twice as long to dry as usual, and when it did eventually dry, it became very frizzy. This hair dryer is very heavy. All in all, a terrible choice for curly hair.

Recently my famous brand dryer, more than twice the price, broke after a few years of use. I'm on a tight budget right now, so I decided to take a chance and try a mid-range dryer to replace it.
