i have been natural i for 3 years almost 4 years. A few months . My big haircut was very short and I still cut my hair due to heat damage I got from a silk press on my birthday last year which was nice BUT I WILL NEVER DO THAT AGAIN. I didn't warm my head up as I was frustrated with what this would do. I have 4c hair and will be doing and sewing the front today and usually the stylist asks for the hair to be straightened before you arrive which I didn't want to do. but I thought my hair needed a break from always being outside. I've only had a weave in my hair 4 times so I don't do much protective styling but this dryer is good value for how your attachments really help. I used the comb that helps dry my hair because I used cool setting to dry and hot and/or warm ONLY for stretching in between so wouldn't use that much heat but overall I'm happy! And I can't wait to use the diffuser after today's hairstyle.
