If you have below average ears, DO NOT buy them. They torment in about 10-15 minutes. They sound great when fitted correctly. Update: Switch to 5 stars because the customer service is fantastic. They replied me and apologized for not working and refunded my money. I offered to return them because it was my little ears and not their product. and they said not to worry and reiterated that they were very sorry it didn't work out for them. I am so grateful and will definitely try another pair they sell.
