Not working on your Lumix GX9? Or other cameras? Try this:
I bought this assuming it would work with the Lumix GX9 because every other GX model was on the list. At first it wasn't. However, I have found that the ridge around the base of the connector (the metal end) prevents the connector from being fully inserted into the camera. I took a sharp knife and cut off the spine. Now it works fine with my camera and everything is fine. I'm very glad I was able to find out without sending the cable in. Hope this helps others with the same problem.
