We bought two of these for the kids about 6 months ago. They have held up well so far. My retention requirements. We've had Samsung products for years and we're aware of the malware that always accompanies them. So we bought 32GB cards as well, thinking that would be more than enough for kids apps and random pictures. The extra memory is almost never used (about 5GB out of 32), but we get "out of memory" errors at least 2-3 times a month. The tablet advertises 8GB of storage, but almost half of that is preinstalled system software. and viruses. No problem? Problem. I make sure to download all my kids' apps to the SD card. However, with each update, the tablet moves the app back to the system storage. My old Samsung phone didn't do this; I can't find a way to get the tablet to save the app to where I installed it. The tablet will not download a new application or update an old one if it has less than 0.5 GB of free space. It doesn't matter if the application is small, I automatically get the "Not enough memory" error message. So every few weeks I have to clear the cache, manually (and one at a time) move all updated apps back to the SD card and then look for other random files and THEN I can download or update apps.
