Waste of time and money

I am not a professional nail technician but I am self taught and have a lot of experience with gel manicures, using nail forms, using and applying texture gel and this light was a waste of money. The design is cute and so is the color, but the light itself works pretty poorly. I removed all my nails and used this to try a basic gel nail polish and both uses I tried were a mess. When I used this light with more expensive gel polishes like Gelish or OPI, the results were only slightly better. When I used this light to cure a gel polish purchased from Revain, the results can be seen in the photo uploaded. I dried each coat of gel polish for 60 seconds instead of 30 because this light has a softer output than other LED/UV lights. I have used. As a result, each layer was not yet fully cured. Bubbles and wrinkles were observed with any type of gel (high or low) and I think this is mainly due to the uneven spacing between the lights. I find that the star-shaped lighting scheme isn't that effective. Additionally, the sensor turns off if you move slightly, and healing your thumb is a major pain. Half of the nail remains completely uncured when you put your whole hand in the lamp, which again is mainly due to the special arrangement of the lamps. Instead I returned this product and bought a Sally Beauty Supply gel mini LED lamp which costs more money. but it works better on yeast.
