Excellent build quality and fantastic images

This is a great lens for the budget conscious videographer looking for something with excellent build quality, good image quality and an easy to use interface. It's small and compact, which is ideal for Micro Four Thirds users. Image quality is really great, with accurate colors and a wide aperture that makes things look really good in a wide-angle shot. Post when you know what you're doing, and it's not exactly a distraction unless you're looking for it. The lens is made of solid metal and feels heavy and solid when mounted on the camera. There is one small quirk, the rear lens cap is a bit odd, it only fits in a very specific way, unlike other lens caps where there are three or four. Positions in which it is fixed. This has to be aligned very precisely and slows me down a bit when I try to change lenses quickly. However, this is a small issue that doesn't affect performance too much. In summary, I absolutely love this lens and I can't wait to use it for many years to come, both as a student and professional.
