The sensor faucet is of very good quality and the installation was easy.

The faucet arrived today and I installed it today. Very impressive quality as I was replacing an old different brand sensor tap I had for about 7 years. It was easy to install and pretty much had everything you needed. I used teflon tape for my connections, that was the only thing I didn't find in the kit. If you also have pliers and a short wrench, they will help with the installation. You absolutely need a flashlight. Since I had to mount it on my back to twirl the bracket out from under the vanity, I used layers of bubble wrap to style. Also keep some blue masking tape handy, it's handy for temporarily holding the mount in place while you tighten it, and once that's done it won't mar the finish of the mount when you remove it. Another installation suggestion, in my opinion and experience, is to install all cold and warm hoses and the mixing valve on the magnet block first. I also installed batteries. If you then attach the faucet attachment to the vanity and connect the hose to it. Then connect the other end to the magnet block. Then screw the electromagnetic block to the back of the vanity last. This will allow you to check for leaks when you turn the water back on and, if necessary, make a final tightening of the ends of the hose. water hoses than provided. The ones included are about 15" long so I didn't have enough room to mount the solenoid block on the back of the vanity after connecting all the hoses just to see how everything fits and if you can get a solenoid block with it find a minimal kink in the hoses. I also liked that it had a hot/cold water mixer valve which is great. I love it and didn't have to buy anything extra. Well in my experience the only two things that can go wrong with these sensor mounts are 1) the solenoid valves, particularly the o-rings they contain, they usually shrink or harden and then start leaking from there. And 2) a mixing valve where a seal doesn't work either. But overall the parts are of very good quality, look good and work well.
