Nice and heavy for my opinion
I wanted a cleaver that was both heavy and had a hole at the top so I could hang it.
This one had both and cuts through bone and frozen meats without any problems. Great product.
- uses for ribs, roasts, bones
- The blade is too thick to cut through smaller pieces of meat, making it less versatile in the kitchen
