Why sell a product that doesn't do anything it's supposed to do?

This is my first negative review of a product I have purchased and I can honestly say I have been very lucky so far. But this time my luck turned away. I never buy products with such a bad reputation, but I made an exception based on the helpful advice (hope and greed, I guess) of some other reviewers. God how wrong I was: The first time I used my shuffle it flooded. Not wet, but FLOODED! Not only did I follow all the manufacturer's instructions, but I followed all the helpful advice I could find that was still useless. Goodbye Shuffle! I know I'm repeating what others have said before me, but here it is again: do yourself a favor and avoid this product! You'll waste shuffling hoping to save some money, and you'll end up spending more money to buy what you should have had in the first place.
