Waste of time and money!

This is a waste of money. There is no way to get the pins that hold the watch strap. And yes, I have changed many straps on my watches in this style. I bought it to match the dress I wore to my sister's wedding, so on the morning of the wedding I found that the tie wasn't done right. I am so disappointed. If I could give stars I would. Of course it's too late to go back.
