I needed this to replace the movement in my watch when it failed. It slides in easily, fits perfectly and works reliably. Ideal!

We had a large decorative clock that stopped working. We replaced it with this one and it works like new again. We're glad we didn't throw it away and it could have been fixed.

Needed a replacement for Sangtai 6168 and while searching I came across this one. The exchange worked great, quickly exchanged the old one and installed the new one.

This is the third model we have purchased. No more getting rid of clocks when they no longer work. Our very large clock stopped working in our family room. The replacement would cost $200*. That solved our problem - the clock works perfectly again, we've used the other two for smaller clocks and they work again too.

I ordered and it arrived well packaged and on time. It was the right size and the shaft was the right length, but we wanted to use hands that came from our old clocks and the hour hand didn't fit the shaft. We got frustrated and then ran to Walmart and bought a $3.99 watch, brought it home and used this Walmart watch hand mechanism. A good product.

There was a good wall clock that stopped working after 15 years. Replacing it with a similar one costs 50-60 dollars. I found this interchangeable gear for kids under 10 and it fits perfectly. TIP: If you need a replacement movement, find out what it says and just search. I had a Shingai 6168 or something like that and that's what my search led me to. The Rosenice movement is an exact equivalent in all dimensions.

This mechanism is packed in a plastic bag in China. It arrived on my porch in that plastic bag in a bubble bag. So mine arrived damaged. Looking at the ends of the batons, I saw that the metal baton of the second hand was tilted towards the minute hand. I managed to disassemble the mechanism, remove the gear and bent shaft and straighten them with needle-nosed pliers. It fits my application perfectly, replaces the original and the clock hangs on the wall again.

This is accurate and inexpensive, but it needs a little more guidance to attach thin arrows. 1) Attach the movement to the dial making sure it is in its final position so no further rotation is required. 2) Gently place the hour hand with your fingers on the clock stem at the 12 o'clock position, but do not press down. 3) Take the crescent wrench and open it just enough to allow the clock stem to pass from the side so the sides of the lugs are in contact with the top of the hour hand socket. 4)
