Just a quick review to help others avoid the same mistake I made: I ordered this case without reading the FULL product description and viewing ALL the pictures posted. I read "suitable for iPad up to 12.9" and thought great, that's my iPad! After my return request and the two star rating, the seller took the time to contact me and kindly explained what I did wrong, offered no refund, apologized for the confusion caused and asked for the dimensions of my iPad, to potentially add it to his line on line. Amazing customer service! As mentioned in my original review I would definitely order it again if my size was available as it seems like a great solution for the price and the fact that no screws are needed. Four stars is a combination of the seller's customer service and the case itself.
