I love this strap, silicone with holes for breathability. I've had several different creators of this group style. My groups usually last 12 to 18 months. But not this one. I bought it in June but didn't start wearing it until October as my last one was nearing completion but not ready yet. But this one fits a little different than my others, but not terribly. Worked great, worn every day until the end broke off the strap yesterday. Once broken, it cannot be repaired, only replaced. Since I had expected a slightly longer service life and otherwise showed no signs of wear, I have not yet ordered a replacement. Mind you if you think I'm wearing it too tight. I followed Fitbit's recommendations for setup. In short, this is a decent group at a great price. If you are very active and do strenuous workouts, spend a little more and get a stronger band. If not, it should be fine. My only complaint is that it wears out too quickly for my needs.
