Doesn't block the view

This car phone mount popped up on the screen and I was intrigued. I've been looking for car phone mounts for over a year. In some (though few) reviews I was suspicious that the suction is so strong that it will remove paint or shatter the glass if you try to move it. I'm a person who would move it multiple times because it distracts me while driving or blocks my view. If I put it in a CD holder, I can't see it while driving. Winner. It was in two parts; There are no instructions and I just wanted to slide them together but I watched another video review and it showed how to twist the handle to open it so the ball of one part is pressed against the other and it then have to turn. I'm glad I saw it, otherwise I could have broken it. I inserted it into the CD area and adjusted the knob to make sure it was secure - very easy to do. I love how the phone sits in this one, with a hole at the bottom for the charger. It's very easy to open it to free the phone; Just climb onto the back where the charger is at the bottom and press the button. The sides open slowly, making it easy to take out the phone. Just pinch the sides when you put your phone back. You can turn this off yourself if you want to adjust the temperature controls - it's a really neat feature. You can turn your phone sideways to view maps, videos, etc. longer. You can rotate and move your phone in bright sunlight. I'm definitely glad I bought this. My son just bought a car so I'll see if he wants one. It's worth it. I've had it for a week now. If I have problems with it in the future; I will update here.
