Love it. Breaks the hamburger patty and keeps it flat. It's quite "big" in the pan, but the tradeoff is the patty cooks faster. I grease a pan with oil, heat it, drop a ball of minced meat in it, and then just roll it out with a press and leave it. After a few minutes when I pick it up the patty is sticky but falls off with a wiggle - I can then flip it over with a spatula and press again. Or you can make 2 smaller patties at once instead of 1.
