Save money but this type without cigarette lighter plug

There are generally two types of main OBD 2 universal memory sticks. 1, OBD 2 connector plugged into the cigarette lighter socket plus the cigarette lighter socket plugged into positive and negative alligator clips; 2. The OBD 2 socket is directly connected to the alligator clips. The former is more expensive but gives you the option of plugging in a power adapter with a cigarette lighter socket. As for me, I don't have that type of power bank, just a regular jump starter power bank, so I'd rather save money by getting the latest alligator clip type - simple and straightforward. No more lost radios or weird operating conditions as I use it whenever I need to disconnect my car battery to work with cars.
