They are not specific to the foot, so both will fit both the right and left foot. They were very loose on my son's feet and the sock popped in the water. I ended up buying other shoes. Maybe better on a big foot, but not on a skinny foot

- A lightweight. Very comfortable. Use them for water aerobics.

- Very thin material, especially on the bottom.
