I bought this 2 camera kit which includes 2 BCC200 (cameras with weather protection) to start work at my own home office. After several weeks of satisfactory use, white horizontal stripes appeared on one of the screens in the lower third. I also noticed moisture inside the other camera's case. Short Story: Brinno replaced BOTH cameras (the second one as a precaution in case it got damaged by moisture) and replaced the housing. They arranged a replacement with me so that I wouldn't lose a single day of admission at my workplace. I highly recommend the product and the company. Despite the downside of a camera, I would very much like to buy it again. Brinno fully supports their product. What about using these cameras and the results they produce? They come with 16GB micro SD cards. The selected file system only supports up to 32 GB. Given the price difference between these sizes, Brinno should only ship them with 32GB cards. The camera settings menu is logical and intuitive but could use some improvement. One disappointment comes from accepting a sub-menu change that takes you back to the main screen. This will force you to select "Settings" again and scroll through the submenus to return to the same level and get to the next setting. Since you usually only make adjustments once per project, this is only a minor circumstance. Keep in mind that each enabled feature takes up more space in your post. High HDR uses more memory than Low HDR or disables it. When low light is on, more memory is used than when low light is off. Obviously, a 2 second interval takes up more memory than a 30 second interval. I get 7 days of recording on a 32GB micro SD card with the following settings: 2 second interval, 30 fps, white balance = automatic, image quality = best, scene = daylight, timer = 07:30-17 :30 (10 hours daily), Low Light = Off, HDR = Medium, Time Stamp = On, LED Light = On, Band Pass Filter = 60 Hz. I change SD cards and batteries every week (batteries do NOT die in a week. I use rechargeable batteries and only change them so the batteries don't run out in the middle of the week). Perfect. I once didn't get my camera straight and had to rotate the image in the editor to straighten the image. As you may know, this means you have to zoom in to fill the frame properly. The resulting image quality suffered a minimal loss of clarity. The example I gave shows using two cameras at different angles. Video editing was done AFTER converting AVI files to MP4 using Handbrake. Editing was done in Movie Studio Platinum 14.0.
