Control Up Is Great For Allowing Admin Access To View Desktops Even When Offline
The best thing about control up so far has been its ability for me as admin user being able view my users' desktop screens even if they are not logged into our system at all times! This feature alone makes it worth using because we can keep tabs with what's happening within certain workstations without having them log onto us remotely or physically be there - which would have made things quite difficult when dealing w/ remote employees who were out sick etc., but now I don't need worry since this software does just exactly like i want :) There isn’t anything bad yet either; however sometimes during heavy usage periods (when multiple people use computers simultaneously), some browsers tend to lag behind somewhat due to their limited processing power compared to others available currently today such as chrome browser vs firefox webbrowser :).
If anyone needs help setting everything correctly please do let.
- I like the ability to view the screens of users without them having to log into our system or have me be there physically which I can't do due to work and I don't have the ability to be there all the times
- The ability to do some things would just be a little limited for my usage and there would be a little lag when multiple people were using
