Cute and adjustable. Although a bit big.
Very cute hat but a little bigger than I thought. My dog still looks so cute. The tie around his neck is adjustable and the whole hat seems comfortable as he hasn't tried to take it off or anything. I'm glad because sometimes some dog hats can itch. I only wish it didn't have a red bow with pearl accents on the sides as it looks girly (my dog is a boy). But so far so good.
