It's a good tool if you don't know what you're doing!

It's easy enough that even I can use it! Notifications are very clear when they come in so you don't have any confusion about what needs attention or not - which makes them useful because sometimes things do need your immediate focus but aren’t urgent at all!! You could also set up alerts/notification rules if desired as well since there will be some time lag between notifications coming into this system vs other systems like email etc.. This helps with overall productivity by having everything right where we want without needing constant interruptions from emails / calls ect... I love that you can set up your own template, which makes it easy to customize what you want. You could also change the voice so it sounds like you are talking to your customers. It's good if you don't know how to use it, but not if you do! This software was hard to use at first. We were able to figure out how to make changes in our settings, but I'm still not sure how to delete things or move them around. Our callers have been able to talk to us more accurately.

  • Very user friendly
  • Makes setting customer interactions easier.
  • Offline functionality is wonderful no wifi signal needed for updates & data loading while driving (which happened often)
Cons
  • Doesn' seem too intuitive.
  • Can only connect via phone number
