It's a good tool if you don't know what you're doing!

It's easy enough that even I can use it! Notifications are very clear when they come in so you don't have any confusion about what needs attention or not - which makes them useful because sometimes things do need your immediate focus but aren’t urgent at all!! You could also set up alerts/notification rules if desired as well since there will be some time lag between notifications coming into this system vs other systems like email etc.. This helps with overall productivity by having everything

Pros
  • Very user friendly
  • Makes setting customer interactions easier.
  • Offline functionality is wonderful no wifi signal needed for updates & data loading while driving (which happened often)
Cons
  • Doesn' seem too intuitive.
  • Can only connect via phone number

I like that it allows me to use my own voice as opposed to having someone else do all the talking in order to get things done! It's easy enough so people who have never used this type technology before can figure out how simple everything really was. There are some features you need training or expertise with but most anyone should be able to learn them fairly quickly if they want to take advantage of what these programs offer. We're using it primarily at work where we've been needing more help

Pros
  • The fact there is no background noise, which makes for better communication between myself & other co workers even though i'm not always available online due too many meetings..which sometimes results into long pauses while waiting fpr response from either party during conference call sessions..lol...It would also allow others (like customer service reps)to access information without being connected through their cellphones.......Also because its accessible 24 hours daily 365 days per
