"Delphi" is a high quality genuine part! Not sure. why - So many bad reviews, possibly EX returns. Or/other component/s, wiring error! It's amazing what so many dishonest people do. They claim to be unused. Reality returns OLD faulty parts in a new box. Often observed in my parts store. Delphi actually makes most of the components for GM, also known as ACdelco. I always buy Delphi components for several years. Fantastic value for money. I've never come across a bad Delphi product. Just like this ICM. The perfect replacement. FAILED original ACdelco removed. Delphi started this 454, ran smoothly with very good response. It just works the way it's supposed to! Good spare parts. I always recommend Delphi.
