Review on 📚 We R Memory Keepers Cinch Book Binding Machine, Version 2 - Teal and Gray by Kelly Caballes

This is my second spring - my last broke in less than a year of use. The spring that raises the grip after a hit broke internally and I had to manually pull it back out. Shortly thereafter a couple of holes closer to the left side couldn't get through and it was a pain getting the holes out of the box I use so I decided to buy another. I'm buying it for the second time because I ABSOLUTELY love the car and it's what I need for my business. I made over 100 books from February to August this year, and I used thick chipboard, which is probably why they break so easily. Broke after 6 months of heavy use. I found out the warranty is 1 year and I received it in March 2019, when it broke the warranty had expired. Overall I like the product but wish there was a way to either extend the warranty or send our machines in for repair. I feel guilty for throwing it in the landfill.
