I received this item VERY quickly. I love how fast I got it done. I used it for the first time last night. I guess it's just a matter of getting used to the layout of the controls because I kept knocking the damn thing over. Like I said, I used it for the first time last night and it came out pretty good. I think it took me a while because I was trying to figure it out. I used certain waves and it looked a little crazy back then (80's rock star) but I went to bed and it looked really good in the morning. I'll update when I use looser waves. First you have to unlock the barrel and there is a button on the bottom to unlock the whole thing. That was the only confusing part. For now I would buy it again. I will post an update soon! ********** Update ********** I've used the setting for the weaker waves and they look MUCH better than the smaller ones, I'm sure I'll just have to play with them small though. I made large sections and it looks great. I would recommend doing this at night and then sleeping. (I put all my hair on a pillow so I don't mess it up) and spritz my fingers with hairspray and straighteners in the morning. If necessary, draw love.
