Buyer Warning. on hardware

I will never order from this guy again. Firstly, nowhere in the description does it say that my existing clock hands would not fit, as the measurements in their description only determine the length of the shaft, nothing is said about the diameter of the shaft. Secondly, the mounting hardware was missing and I was charged for it when it was actually in the box I sent back. And third, he charged me for return shipping, even though his description doesn't clearly state that this mechanism CANNOT work with all watch faces. BE VERY CAREFUL before ordering from this seller!
