Cell phone, desk phone and Skype for Business are all an important part of my daily work. I spend 4-6 hours every day talking to people through the headset and this is the only wireless solution I've been able to find that fully meets those needs. Sounds fine at home and the noise cancellation works well enough for me to use. at airports and even at Chicago train stations. Why does it get 4 and not 5 stars? It arrived DOA due to a firmware issue. I had to update the firmware before it even worked. The headset also had to be returned after 6 months due to a sticking issue which caused part of it to fall apart. I want to buy a second base station so I can have one in my home office and my office. All in all, this is a must-have office gadget that I can't live without.
