After 2 weeks of use I feel I can give an honest review of this conference phone. When I first received it, the first thing that struck me was the small size. To try it out, I called my mom because I knew she would answer. She was, of course, talking about the weather. I have not heard anything. I was very disappointed and upset and called her on the phone. I tried playing music on it and it still seemed to me that it was difficult to hear. That's when I noticed that the volume was almost completely turned down. DOH! One day I put on another bass-heavy song and it sounded great, but I still felt like it was missing something. I switched from the bed to the table and as soon as the device was placed on a hard surface I heard its full potential. As if using the surface of the table to reflect the sound. I'm a bit of an idiot so maybe that's not the case at all, but definitely use it on a hard surface. As soon as my friend left work, she called and couldn't tell that I was talking to her on speakerphone (which she HATES!) so I was finally able to free my hands and do other things while talking to her on the phone . #Victory. The next day I took the phone to work and made a few calls with it. Noise canceling works flawlessly. Even a colleague noticed it and called my office to see how clean the other side was. He said it was as clear as any shout he had ever heard. The following Tuesday I had a legal conference call between meetings and it worked great. There were three of us in the conference room and we spoke to two different callers. After the meeting, I was asked about the device and recommended to others. I think my colleagues will buy them themselves if they haven't already. Definitely worth the price if you have regular business calls or spend some time on speakerphones or conference calls and want/need your hands free. The only thing I wish was a longer charging cable, but it's easy to find a longer quality charging cable on my desk for when I need to charge it - usually at the end of the day (just for a full charge the next day). , but is still sufficiently charged after only one day). In the end, this product is definitely recommended, and if you don't have a desktop terminal with USB ports, a longer cable (or desktop terminal) for charging is definitely a plus. This is a powerful device, especially given its small size. Can't wait to try other products from this company!
