My dog loves this harness! It's very comfortable and he can't let his foot hang around his neck (like I tried with another one). It is also not bulky and therefore can be ironed. I'm also glad there isn't a huge difference in size. He was recently rescued and quickly put on a few pounds so the little one is doing well. The medium fits perfectly without being too big or chunky. I don't know if there are any special "tension free" properties, but it's a good suspension.
