I bought this product based on the reviews. I thought it would be easy to set up, but using an optical cable to connect to TVs turned out to be difficult. My Samsung just wouldn't connect and the remote and soundbar wouldn't let me see any audio levels. When I switched to Netflix, Prime, or another streaming app, the soundbar didn't work. It only worked when I used regular TV programs. The sound quality is good, but not outstanding. When I couldn't get the soundbar to work I called Revain support and the person who helped me just couldn't help and said the soundbar was defective and I could send it back for a full refund but I can Not . order another one on site. After playing around with it a little more, I finally got it working, but only with regular TV programs. Suggestions: Please make sure it is compatible with your TV before purchasing. I'm holding it now and will see if I can get it working properly.
